Do you want to lead and develop a high-performing D365FO team delivering on GN’s key strategic projects? And would you like to do so in a global, listed company within hearing instruments, audio, video, and gaming equipment? Then you might be our new Senior Manager.
As our new Senior Manager in Supply Chain Solutions, you will be the people leader for our Fulfillment Solutions team and play a key role in delivering on GN’s strategic initiatives, including our Digital Transformation Program (DTP) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
You will focus on building an effective team, enabling high-quality deliveries, and ensuring continuous improvement and ways of working that pave the way for future implementations.
The team you will be part of
Based at our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join the Supply Chain Solutions area in Digital, Data and IT (DDI) and report to Director, Supply Chain Solutions, Christian Vindegaard Grønberg.
You will lead the Fulfillment Solutions team – an international D365FO team of around 10 colleagues, primarily functional consultants, supported by an architect, a delivery manager and a scrum master, as well as a number of external consultants.
Most of the team is based in Ballerup, and you will also have responsibility for a team member located in Manila.
Fulfillment Solutions is responsible for the execution part of the order-to-cash process in D365FO – from capturing the order, routing it through warehouse and advanced warehousing setups, and all the way to shipping to our customers.
You will be part of a management team of three peers within Supply Chain Solutions:
Together, you will ensure coherent, end-to-end supply chain solutions and deliveries across GN.
The team works in an agile setup across several scrum teams and collaborates closely with stakeholders in GN’s Hearing, Enterprise and Gaming divisions and with other digital product teams across GN.
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, your primary focus is people leadership and execution – ensuring that your team thrives, delivers, and continuously improves.
Your key responsibilities will include to:
Lead, coach and develop a team of functional consultants and specialists, ensuring engagement, performance and continuous growth.
Ensure the team is staffed, organized and prioritized to deliver on key strategic initiatives such as DTP and VMI, as well as on run and smaller change requests.
Support the team in removing impediments and navigating dependencies across DDI and the business, ensuring progress is maintained.
Ensure and refine ways of working within and across the scrum teams to improve collaboration, transparency, and predictability of deliveries.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, project managers and business stakeholders to secure alignment on priorities and scope.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our D365FO fulfillment landscape and related supply chain solutions by linking business needs, team capabilities, and strategic direction.
Manage external consultants in your area, including onboarding, scope clarity and performance follow-up.
When time allows, you will also contribute to strategy and roadmap discussions for the D365FO and supply chain area, bringing in your experience with ERP transformations and large-scale delivery.
What you bring to the role
To thrive in this position, we picture you bringing:
Solid experience as a people manager in an IT or ERP context, leading skilled specialists and/or functional consultants.
Professional background in ERP systems (for example D365FO, AX or comparable platforms); direct experience with D365FO is highly valued.
Experience enabling teams to execute complex, strategic projects, especially in global or matrix organizational settings.
Experience working with agile delivery models (e.g. scrum, SAFe or similar) and collaborating across business and IT.
Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trustful relationships across functions and seniority levels.
Communication skills in written and spoken English.
