Product Associate, Global Launch - Hearing

Help shape the next generation of hearing aid solutions and improve the lives of thousands worldwide. We’re looking for an engaged junior Product Manager to support our Global Launch setup in delivering hearing aids in GN Hearing’s Product Management team.

The Position

In the role as Product Associate in Product Management and Global Launch you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will work directly with our bi-annual Commercial product launches as well as support our product managers, working across the organization both globally, and with regional and local teams. The role has amble room to grow into further responsibilities in Product Management and P&E.

The Team you will be part of

You will be an integral part of the core launch team and will join a team of international product managers as well as the wider team of Products & Experiences in GN Hearing. Further, your touchpoints and colleagues will be spanning across Marketing, R&D, Operations and more.

The team is dedicated, works towards firm deadlines according to a well-established process and list of deliveries, mindful of being a central component in successfully launching in quality and time.

You will

• Support the bi-annual launches

• Be an integral part of the core launch team, securing, supporting and delivering on the many elements required for delivering great launch

• Coordinate local launch dates our global and regional colleagues

• Coordinate product samples with our regional colleagues

• Support our Key Account project execution and launch preparations

To perform well in the role we imagine that you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in commercial or technical field

• Structure and project management skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, across cultures, languages and locations

• Proficiency in English, written and spoken
