Would you like to help guide change and enable leaders by skillfully overseeing the essential operations that keep Software Solutions' strategy on course?
In this key role as the Personal Assistant to VP of Software Solutions, you will contribute to our purpose of delivering the best digital experiences to our customers.
You will provide coordination within the Software Solutions leadership team and support the team to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. As an integral member of the Software Solutions leadership team, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our 250-person organization, directly contributing to our transformation journey. This encompasses managing critical administrative and operational functions that empower our leadership.
The role provides opportunities to develop technical and interpersonal skills, such as stakeholder management, use of GenAI based tools and more as you will have a broad set of responsibilities and work with a diverse range of people.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Coordinate, plan, and manage the calendar and schedules for the VP, Software Solutions
Ensure information flows in a timely and accurate manner
Orchestrate meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution of all logistics
Attend management meetings
Manage travel plans and timely expenses reporting
Prepare documents, reports, and status updates for the activities within Software Solutions
Handle unexpected operational tasks and strategic initiatives when they arise

Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership in a fast-moving environment within a technology-driven or R&D context, with an understanding of financial processes and resource allocation
Proficient communication and stakeholder management skills
An initiative-driven, self-motivated approach
A process- and operation-orientated mindset
Ability to prioritize effectively when urgent tasks occur unexpectedly
Detail-oriented and ability to thrive in an agile environment
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office 365
