As Manager, Experience in our Digital Experience Hearing team, you will lead a distributed team of frontend developers and application support specialists and be responsible for selected digital solutions and processes that support our Hearing business. You combine people leadership with direct responsibility for delivery and operations within software development, application operations, and continuous improvement

The team you will be part of:

Digital Experience Hearing team develops, operates, and improves customer‑facing digital solutions for GN’s Hearing business. You will be based in Ballerup and work closely with colleagues in primarily Denmark and Poland. You will join the department management team consisting of the Head of Digital Experience Hearing, two line managers, and a Solution Architect, jointly responsible for our team members, delivery, and operations.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team, running all core people processes and regular 1:1s
  • Secure deliveries in an agile setup, acting as delivery lead for selected solutions and enhancements
  • Own and improve first‑line support, incident handling, and application management within Digital Experience Hearing
  • Improve processes, tools, and documentation

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant degree or equivalent experience within IT, digital, or software development
  • Are an experienced people leader within software development and/or application operations
  • Own tasks clearly, take initiative to advance work, and follow through on commitments
  • Are skilled at collaborating with business stakeholders, creating clarity on priorities, and aligning expectations across teams
  • Bring solid experience with agile ways of working
  • Are comfortable discussing technical solutions, quality, and operations with developers and architects
  • Thrive in a cross‑cultural environment and communicate fluently in English

It is beneficial if you have experience with incident and problem management.
