Do you want to lead, set direction for, and empower a high-performing team at the heart of our digital product information landscape? Then you might be our next colleague.
As our Head of Platform Development, you will be a people leader and oversee the vision, development and operations of our Platform Development team - currently in charge of developing our global Product Information Management (PIM) platform - and contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.
You will own the overall performance and evolution of a combined SaaS and in-house developed platform ecosystem, where you ensure day-to-day operations as well as enabling new digital customer experiences together with our business functions.

Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of our newly established Data & Intelligence domain and report to Director Stefan Wideland, who highlights:

In the Data & Intelligence department, we work collaboratively, pragmatic and outcome‑oriented. We value clear communication, shared ownership, and fast iterations, combining strategic thinking with the ability to execute efficiently.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Manage, develop, and coach a team of 6–8 colleagues working on platform development and operations
Ensure stable, efficient development and daily operations of the platform ecosystem
Own the platform roadmap and manage the vendor relationships
Collaborate closely with Product Owners in our business divisions to deliver technical solutions that support our business needs
Facilitate coordination between engineering teams and stakeholders across product management, marketing, and e‑commerce, and represent the team in relevant projects and forums
Encourage an innovation mindset in the team, including exploring and piloting intelligent tools in day‑to‑day work
Expand the team’s technical scope to include additional platforms over time, as our digital landscape evolves.
To thrive in your new role, we imagine that you:
Hold a degree in Engineering, IT, Business or another relevant field - or have equivalent experience
Have experience as a people leader or are an experienced senior individual contributor ready and motivated to step into a leadership role
Understand how data and product information create value in digital customer and partner experiences
Bring experience from working in the intersection between Business and IT and are comfortable translating business needs into digital solutions
Are familiar with modern software development practices and agile ways of working
Communicate clearly and build solid relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
Work in a structured and pragmatic way, balancing long-term direction with effective execution
Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.
