Are you ready to figure out where your skills truly fit within a global Supply Chain setup? And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Then look no further.

As a Global Supply Chain Graduate, you will go through three 8-months rotations. The first one will be in Supply Chain Management at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a Supply Chain department outside Denmark, and then you come back to HQ, but in a different department.

Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow Graduate batch.

With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.

The team you will be part of:

It will differ very much, depending on where you will spend your rotations. You will be exposed to as many different parts of our business as possible – even business areas outside of Supply Chain if you and we see the right match. But if you know where you want to specialize from the get-go, we will do our best to meet your wishes as well.

Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within Operations, while others are exploring areas such as Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, R&D, or Digital, Data & IT.

As part of the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn more about the supply chain process and get insight into the day-to-day management, as well as the strategic direction of operations in a renowned tech company

  • Participate in initiatives related to our global Strategy and work with projects focusing on optimizing processes across our divisions in Global Operations

  • Work with our external manufacturing and get insights to our manufacturing landscape

  • Take part in ensuring delivery performance according to customer expectations and working with in-house and outsourced distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing across a supply chain spanning the entire globe.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in supply chain, operations management, international business with elective courses from a technical background, project management, program management or similar - or expect to graduate before September 2026, with good academic performance

  • Have maximum one year's full-time work experience post- graduation

  • Have international experience through internship, study abroad, or volunteering

  • Have good facilitation- and project management skills.

  • Possess a high degree of initiative and dedication to tasks

  • Have an understanding for/experience with working in a global workplace with colleagues across the globe.

  • Have an interest in the supply chain / sourcing world and a keen interest in learning and developing the appropriate, toolset, skillset & mindset

  • Bring effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
