Are you ready to figure out where your Marketing skills truly fit within a global setup? And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Then look no further.  

As a Global Marketing Graduate, you will go through three 8-months rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation, and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department. 

Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch. 

With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve. 

The team you will be part of:

Your experience will vary depending on whether you are placed in our Enterprise or Hearing marketing team. During your rotations you’ll be exposed to many areas of the business and will explore a range of marketing disciplines - everything from communications and digital to brand and customer insights - depending on your placement. You will be part of a collaborative, highly skilled team that values creativity, knowledge sharing and mutual support. You will have a steep learning curve, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences and support you in pursuing new opportunities.

Within our organization, you will find colleagues of diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Our product portfolio spans the entire GN Group and ranges from hearing aids and headsets to video and gaming equipment.

Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within Marketing while others are exploring areas such as Finance, People & Communications, Digital, Data & IT, R&D, or Operations. 

As part of the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support cross functional marketing projects with stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Develop and run brand and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Manage communications and media relations activities.

  • Assist with product launches and go to market activities.

  • Support digital and eCommerce initiatives.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in international business, marketing, communication, e-business or a related field (or expect to graduate before September 2026), with good academic performance.

  • Have maximum one year’s post-graduation work experience

  • Have international experience through internship, study abroad, or volunteering

  • Have experience in or a genuine interest for marketing, with a motivation to learn and a willingness to engage in giving and receiving feedback.

  • Possess effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English

The recruitment process:
