Are you ready to figure out where your skills truly fit within a global Finance setup? And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Then look no further.

As a Global Finance Graduate, you will go through three rotations of 8 months. The first one will be in finance at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a financial department outside Denmark, and then you come back to HQ, but in a different department.

Joining our Graduate Program September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.

With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.

The team you will be part of

… will differ very much, depending on where you will spend your rotations. You will be exposed to as many different parts of our business as possible – even business areas outside of finance if you and we see the right match. But if you know where you want to specialize from the get-go, we will do our best to meet your wishes as well.

Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within Finance, while others are exploring areas such as Marketing, Digital, Data & IT, People & Communications, R&D, or Operations.

As part of the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage in diverse areas such as financial planning and analysis, pricing strategies, M&A, sustainability/ESG, strategy, and financial optimization in collaboration with the business

  • Gain international experience by working for 8 months in a local office in countries like Germany, France, the USA, Singapore, or Spain

  • Enhance your analytical skills and apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world corporate challenges

  • Build a professional network and interact with our managers and executives

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, business economics, international business, accounting, or a related field - or expect to graduate before September 2026, with good academic performance.

  • Have maximum one year’s post-graduation experience

  • Have international experience through internship, study abroad, or volunteering

  • Are motivated to learn and work with tools like SAP, Power BI, OneStream, SQL, Python, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, or already possess proficiency in these

  • Manage your tasks diligently and maintain a high standard of quality

  • Are open to constructive feedback and consistently seek opportunities for learning

  • Thrive in a setting that promotes professional growth through change

  • Possess effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
