Are you ready to figure out where your skills truly fit within a global setup? And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Then look no further.
As a Graduate in Digital, Data and IT (DDI), you will go through three 8-month rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation, and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.
With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.
The team you will be part of :
Joining DDI Global Operations, you’ll join the part of our Digital, Data & IT organization that is dedicated to solutions for operations and supply chain management. Here you will find colleagues of different backgrounds and nationalities.
Our system landscape spans from enterprise resource planning, ERP, customer relationship management, CRM, order management, advanced planning software, APS, product lifecycle management, PLM, to procurement platform. As global operation is a function of scale supporting all tree division of GN – we naturally also do so, meaning you will be exposed to working with hearing aids (Hearing), headsets and video bars (Enterprise), and accessories for games (Gaming).

Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within DDI, while others are exploring areas such as Marketing, Finance, People & Communications, R&D, or Operations.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will have the opportunity to:
Get introduced to the world of Enter Resource Planning, ERP, and more specifically Microsoft D365FO
Work structured with the development cycle
Engage in requirement gathering, by talking to end users and gain an understanding of business processes
Write Functional Design Documents (FDD), where you translate business processes into ERP configurations or extensions
Test configurations and train end users in our solutions
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you
Have a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering management or similar - or expect to graduate before September 2026, with good academic performance
Have maximum one year’s post-graduation experience
Have international experience through internship, study abroad, or volunteering
Experience working with any of the type of systems like e.g. ERP, CRM, APS, PLM, or procurement platforms
Have a motivated and healthy impatient approach to learning
Bring a creative and innovative approach, as we are committed to enriching the experience of our customers.
Possess effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
