Are you ready to figure out where your skills truly fit within a global setup? And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Then look no further.
As a Graduate in Digital, Data and IT (DDI), you will go through three 8-month rotations. The first rotation will be at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a department outside Denmark for the second rotation, and finally you return to HQ for the third rotation in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program on September 1st, 2026, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.
With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.
The team you will be part of:
You will join the Activation team within the Data & Intelligence domain. The department is responsible for use cases in data, analytics, and AI, working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for value creation and optimization – and with technical experts to turn these opportunities into real solutions. The setting encourages creativity, teamwork, and an emphasis on utilizing new technologies in the field of data.
Moreover, you will become part of a network together with 13 other fellow graduates. Some will also be working within DDI, while others are exploring areas such as Marketing, Finance, People & Communications, R&D, or Operations.
As part of the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to:
Work directly with business stakeholders to identify and scope data-driven opportunities for value creation and process optimization
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement analytics and GenAI based solutions
Participate in workshops and pilot projects focused on activating data for real business impact
Develop your skills in data analysis, stakeholder management, and solution delivery
Contribute to a progressive data strategy and help build foundational data assets for the organization
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:
Have a master’s degree in digital business, Data science, Computer Science or related field - or expect to graduate before September 2026, with good academic performance
Have maximum one year’s post-graduation experience
Have international experience through internship, study abroad, or volunteering
Are motivated by new technological possibilities, especially within data and AI
Are motivated to take on new tasks and opportunities
Possess good networking and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders
Have effective communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English

We are reviewing applications continuously so do not wait to submit yours. We will invite shortlisted candidates to an online interview, taking place in January 2026. Those moving forward will be invited to attend a Graduate Assessment Day in February 2026. We apply psychometric assessments as part of our recruitment process.
