We are looking for a motivated and structured Quality & Project Manager to join our International Sales organization. In this global role, you will support our customers and internal teams before, during, and after product launches — ensuring compliance, readiness, and high‑quality support tools across all our markets.
You will become part of a highly collaborative matrix organization with stakeholders across four regions, Product Managers, Marketing, Corporate Quality, and Regulatory Affairs. Whether it's ReSound, Beltone, and Interton brands, GN Hearing provides top-of-the-class hearing aid solutions. You will support International Sales across all markets with various launch projects, including arranging customer visits and ensuring compliance with processes.
Coordinate vital documentation processes
You will work with product managers to verify that our products meet regulatory standards. We are looking for someone to guide quality efforts, including process improvements, lab certifications, SOPs, contracts, and CAPAs
As a project manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous progress and advancement of these processes. You will be tasked with navigating and satisfying the urgency of sales initiatives and the meticulous standards of corporate quality.
Doing so, you will:
Coordinate with Sales and Project Management on customer contracts
Be responsible for event coordination as a project manager
Contribute to MDR projects and support audit preparation activities
Assist with QMS implementation across GPS and corporate functions
Maintain existing systems, including Salesforce and complaint handling flows
To thrive in the role,
You have experience with handling homologation and quality processes and quality systems within the medical device industry. As a minimum, you have good experience from an administrative role with customer contact. Either way, you:
Project management skills and the ability to navigate a global matrix organization.
Skilled at stakeholder engagement — regular customer contact is a key component of the position
Organized and detail-oriented, with a practical approach and the capacity to handle several concurrent projects
Ability to work across functions and engage with both technical and commercial teams.
Ready to handle a range of responsibilities and contribute positively to a busy team;
fluent in English, and knowledge of other languages is valued
