In the role as AMS ERP Specialist in AMS Program & ERP Integration Office you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will execute and improve AMS ERP processes and D365 solutions end‑to‑end in a global role – configuring setups and integrations, running testing, cutovers and post-go-live support, and supporting Superusers and regional AMS teams – to enable efficient, future‑proof Aftermarket Services operations.

The team you will be part of:

You will join a global team within Global Aftermarket Services, part of Global Customer Experience (GCX) in Global Operations, with the Manager in the US, the Team Lead in China, and three other team members in Denmark and the US. We work as one global team across time zones with a culture of collaboration, openness and mutual support. We collaborate to solve complex problems and maintain an end‑to‑end focus on customer experience, partnering with regions and functions worldwide to translate business needs into practical ERP improvements.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Execute and improve AMS ERP processes and D365 solutions in a global role – from configuration, testing and cutovers to post-go-live support, and issue resolution
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and Business Product Owner for selected AMS areas in D365, supporting global projects and cross‑functional initiatives
  • Ensure configurations, integrations and releases support AMS processes, meet KPIs and enable efficient operations
  • Identify opportunities for automation, better system handling and future‑proof AMS setups with Global AMS leadership and key stakeholders
  • Maintain clear documentation, test scripts and work instructions, and support training of Superusers

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education in business, supply chain, engineering, IT/Information Systems or a similar field
  • Bring solid experience from international aftermarket services, logistics or operations and are familiar with return/repair processes
  • Have worked with ERP in a business role and can translate requirements into user stories, test cases and documentation
  • Enjoy working with data, processes and system details to identify solutions and optimize workflows
  • Work in a structured way and can handle multiple projects, tests and operational tasks in parallel
  • Communicate clearly and build good working relationships with stakeholders across regions and functions (AMS teams, Superusers, DDI, vendors)
  • Are self-motivated, curious and have a positive “fixer” mindset, taking responsibility and adjusting when priorities change

At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to fulfill their responsibilities, to know when in-person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it's needed most.

We encourage you to apply

Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we welcome your application if you think you have transferable skills. We highly value a mindset and motivation that aligns with our core values, to not only ensure growth for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.

We are focused on an inclusive recruitment process

All applicants will receive equal consideration for employment. As such, we encourage you to submit your CV without a photo to ensure an equal and fair application process.

Should you have any special requirements for the interview, please let the Hiring Manager know upon accepting invitation to interview.
