Are you passionate about brand building, consumer insights, and creating marketing activities that drive both brand equity and commercial results? If so, you may be Vestfyen's new Senior Brand Manager.
Bryggeriet Vestfyen is undergoing a significant commercial transformation, shifting its focus away from low‑margin private label production toward strong, profitable own brands. The company is investing in new processes, capabilities, and structures that support long‑term growth. As a part ot this strategy, a new brand is being introduced to the portfolio - one for which you will play a central role.
As Senior Brand Manager, you will be a key driver of brand development and execution across Vestfyen's entire portfolio. You will hold primary responsibility for defining and implementing the brand strategy for a new brand. You will also contribute to the strengthening of some of Denmark's most recognized brands such as Jolly, Willemoes, and Ugly Duck.
You will work both strategically and hands‑on, leading brand development, campaigns, innovation, communication, visual identity, and commercial activation in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and external partners.
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Develop and execute brand and marketing plans for Vestfyen's new brand, including positioning, target audiences, and value proposition.
· Lead integrated go‑to‑market plans and product launches across digital, retail, PR, and influencer channels.
· Own and ensure consistent use of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
· Drive consumer, market, and competitor analysis, and use insights to strengthen brand strategy and performance.
· Create compelling sell‑in materials and campaign assets in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
· Work closely with R&D, Sourcing, Design, and Sales to bring innovations and marketing initiatives to market effectively.
· Measure and optimize brand and campaign performance using data‑driven evaluation and ROI analysis.
The primary workplace will be in Assens, and the role offers a hybrid setup with flexibility.
You are an experienced brand and marketing professional with several years of responsibility for managing and developing brands, preferably within FMCG or the food & beverage industry.
You bring proven experience in building and activating established brands, developing campaigns, and working hands‑on with consumer insights, positioning, and channel strategies.
You understand how strong brand building connects directly to commercial performance, and you are used to working closely with sales organizations to ensure alignment and impact.
Your approach is both structured and analytical, yet highly execution‑driven, allowing you to translate strategy into concrete activities that deliver measurable results.
You thrive in a data‑driven and commercially oriented environment, where you combine insight, creativity, and operational discipline.
Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to navigate multiple stakeholders while maintaining high quality in your work.
