Now, we’re looking for an Associate Full-stack .NET Developer who is passionate about learning, eager to grow, and ready to help us push digital healthcare forward.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to backend and frontend development tasks using .NET and modern frontend technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Translate design and functional requirements into working features.
• Write maintainable, testable, and readable code.
• Continuously learn best practices and modern software architecture patterns.
• Leverage AI tools like Copilot to handle legwork, so you can focus on writing maintainable, high-quality code

What We’re Looking For

We’re not hiring based on years of experience—we’re hiring for mindset and potential.

Essentials

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar – or up to 2 years of development experience.
• Foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming in C#/.NET.
• Keen interest in frontend frameworks such as Blazor, MAUI or similar.
• Basic understanding of software design principles like SOLID.
• A team mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Curiosity about the craft of software development and a desire to get better every day.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Experience from personal, school, or internship projects involving full-stack development.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Blazor, MAUI, React, Angular or similar.
• Familiarity with design patterns (e.g., MVC, Repository, etc.) or architectural styles like Clean Architecture.
