We are looking for a new colleague to support us in Configuration and Product Master Data Management to join the team in Engineering support.

Responsibilities / Tasks

At our office in Søborg, Denmark, you will join our Master Data and Configuration team, who build complex models for drying and powder plants all over the world, collaborating with many stakeholders in the process. The team consists of 4 colleagues with diverse backgrounds, and we have an informal environment, where we collaborate closely on servicing more than 50 stakeholders.

As our new Standardization Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business. Here, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, data, contributing to our configuration environment and collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation.

More specifically, you will:

  • Be one of the main drivers for the Engineering, configuration and workflow process
  • Support the Product Master Data Management initiative for products and processes
    • Identify business processes and enhance current initiatives
    • Support initiative in enriching Product Data
    • Support the organization with Product Data and processes
  • Optimize engineering data processes
  • Contribute technical knowledge and insight to the PMDM and configuration platform
  • Drive ad-hoc projects i.e. new workflows for retrieving new insight and product data

Your Profile / Qualifications

With your proactive approach to stakeholder management, you ensure both engaging and effective collaboration. And your analytical mindset is crucial for identifying engineering processes, delivering accurate descriptions, and optimizing flows. Also, your ability to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking will ensure efficiency and optimization.

Furthermore, we imagine that you bring:

  • Proven expertise in technical know-how, and end-to-end process understanding
  • Proven knowledge within configuration, ETO – CTO (Tacton)
  • Proven knowledge of Product Master Data (Stibo STEP), standardization and modularization
  • Experience with PDM, ERP and 2D/3D engineering tools
  • Familiar with Product compliance and engineering standards
  • You hold a degree in Engineering, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering with focus on technical delivery processes, product manufacturing or similar.
