Then you should consider this student job in Finance. As a student assistant, you will have varying tasks depending on your interests and competencies, but your fixed tasks will be in Payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), Indirect Procurement, Purchasing Support and Finance.
Examples of tasks are:
You will be trained by our existing student assistant, as there will be an overlap of about 2-3 months.
The student job is up to 15 hours per week with flexibility to plan your workdays to fit your studies.
The Department
You will be part of the Finance Department with around 30 employees. We handle everything from budgets to expenses to account payable/account receivable, sourcing to Payroll – just to name some of it. You will be anchored in Payroll but will carry out tasks for all sub-departments.
Educational background
You should be on your bachelor's or your master’s preferably within Business Administration, Economics or the like with minimum 2 years left of your studies. You should be an experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and be open to learning new systems.
As FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is an international company, it is important for you to be able to communicate well in English, both verbally and written.
Personal qualities
You are a team player and have a curious approach to tasks. You should be structured, self-motivated and capable of working independently after guidance from the team.
