People & Culture Director, Business Partnering and Operations

We are expanding our People & Culture team of 20 dedicated people to keep pace with the fast growth of the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark (FDBD) site in Hillerød. Besides your leadership role you will be driving and participating in several key initiatives across the site. This could be implementation of new concept for growth conversations, cross-functional organizational design and change management projects and initiatives to keep building our great company culture. You will also participate in global projects across our sites and drive initiatives to optimize our P&C infrastructure locally.
