Manager, Identity Access Management
Join us in advancing our Identity Access Management (IAM) capabilities and contributing to a secure, efficient IT environment! We are seeking a skilled Global Identity Access Management Lead to join our Information Technology department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing IAM strategies across our global organization, including management of a small team of about 2-5 people. This position involves oversight of the IAM platform, focusing on automation and optimization of Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML) processes.
Key responsibilities include driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with stakeholders across IT, HR, Compliance, and Security. The role requires strategic leadership to enhance security and operational excellence, aligning IAM practices with business objectives. In this exciting role, you are responsibly for daily operational tasks within system management as well as small sized projects. You will engage frequently with internal customers and stakeholders.
