In this role, you’ll coach teams in Lean and PDCA/A3, embed Shingo-aligned behaviors, and lead Kaizen to deliver improvements in cycle time, quality, waste, and cost within a cGMP environment. You’ll align Continuous Improvement initiatives with Drug Substance Manufacturing priorities, standardize ways of working, and sustain results through robust daily management.

About the role
As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Partner in the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team supporting Drug Substance Manufacturing (DSM), you will enable efficient operations, reduce waste, visual and performance management incl. board structures and strengthen problem‑solving across the value stream. You will embed CI methods through coaching, workshops, and hands‑on support, anchored in the Shingo Guiding Principles, to standardize systems, processes and drive sustainable improvement in a cGMP environment. Your work will align CI efforts with DSM and site priorities to deliver measurable impact.
