We are seeking an Associate Director, P&C Operations to lead our Denmark P&C Operations team and elevate how we deliver HR services at scale. In this role you will shape and scale a modern P&C operations engine with visible impact across the site and partner with senior leaders on high-priority initiatives.
You are an operationally involved leader who trives in a role where leadership and execution go hand in hand. You’ll combine operational excellence with hands-on leadership—driving daily service delivery, enabling compliance, and powering data-driven decisions for leaders across the site.
In this role you will lead a Denmark based team of 2 P&C Operations professionals, 1 Operations business support and 1-2 student assistants. You will be part of a 20+ strong, high-energy P&C organization in Denmark, spanning Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, People & Leadership Development, and Communications. You will partner closely with Global P&C Center of excellence, Site Leadership Team members & P&C Business Partners.
You are a member of the Denmark P&C leadership team and report to the Sr. Director, P&C Denmark. The role is hybrid and located at our Hillerød site in Denmark.
P&C Operations
Drive daily P&C operations and administration through the team with clear priorities and standards ensuring:
Timely responses to HR mailbox and high-quality employee experience
Timely drafting of employment contracts and addendums
Planning of the monthly new hire onboarding program
Lead and prioritize team tasks using visual daily management and strong processes
Build and implement processes to ensure GDPR compliance in partnership with Legal
Maintain strong collaboration with Payroll and participate in monthly coordination meetings to improve processes and resolve issues
Manage ad hoc daily tasks and operational projects
Workday / HRIS
Own all Workday processes and site-level data administration (data entry, maintenance, and quality)
Partner closely with the Global HRIS COE on governance, enhancements, and integrations
Contribute to the global Workday implementation and drive local implementation of new global processes—including change management and manager training
Local Compensation
Act as the site compensation liaison to the Global Compensation COE in processes such as merit, promotion windows, bonus, local LTI in partnership with Global Compensation
Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate, compliant execution
Own adherence to the Global Compensation Compliance Framework for the site
Ensure all site positions are leveled in line with the company’s job architecture; serve as gatekeeper for consistency
Lead the EU Pay Transparency Directive project for the site—build the roadmap, ensure compliance, and drive local execution and change management
Drive additional ad hoc compensation projects as needed
Mobility and Cross-Border Work
Serve as the site liaison to the Global Mobility COE
Lead alignment and administration of cross-border, immigration, and relocation processes and policies for the site in partnership with Global COE, Global Tax, and Finance
Act as site SME and process owner; manage ongoing interactions with relocation agencies, SIRI, and other external vendors/advisors
Data and Analytics
Ensure high-quality people data across systems and processes
Build and own people data dashboards with key metrics and KPIs; deliver insights and recommendations to BPs, SLT, and other senior leaders
Partner with Global COEs, Finance, and other stakeholders to align metrics and reporting
Minimum 10 years of experience in P&C/HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or related fields
Relevant Master’s Degree
Proven people leadership experience
A player-coach mindset leading the team while remaining operationally involved
Strong process orientation and continuous improvement mindset; data-savvy with an eye for quality and detail
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across a global/local matrix—from shop floor to senior leadership
Experience with compensation processes, mobility programs, and Workday
Understanding of Danish labor law dynamics (CBAs, Works Council, shop stewards, etc.)
Fluent verbal and written English skills
