Seeking a detail-oriented freelance Content Editor to manage and deliver content management services across various platforms, ensuring high-quality updates for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently while following processes
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on overcoming challenges
  • Strong project management and customer service abilities
  • Native-level proficiency in a language other than English
  • Understanding of online marketing and web development principles
  • Experience with CMS platforms like AEM, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, or Ektron

Responsibilities

  • Create and configure new web pages within various CMS platforms
  • Upload and manage content including text, images, videos, and infographics
  • Test content display and functionality across webpages
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams and communicate with clients as needed
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs
  • Support client KPIs and business objectives
  • Deliver tasks on time and to a high standard
  • Follow internal processes and compliance requirements
  • Provide support for team members when necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in CMS platforms
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS (desirable)

Education

  • Relevant experience in content management or a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Ektron, and other content management systems.
