Now we are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to bring the Framna brand to life visually — across campaigns, motion, and digital experiences. You will define the visual direction of our campaigns, crafting bold, cohesive concepts that shape how Framna looks and feels across every touchpoint. This role blends strategic creative leadership with hands-on design craft: setting the vision for standout visual storytelling and rollig up your sleeves to bring it to life.

You will help evolve Framna’s global brand through premium craft, fearless collaboration, and measurable creative impact.
Set and drive the creative direction that brings the Framna brand to life visually — ensuring it reflects our ambition to be a premium, desirable brand that connects with key audiences: partners, talent, and colleagues. Work within and evolve Framna’s brand system — typography, color, and graphic language — so every output feels unmistakably Framna.
Craft campaign visuals, social assets, infographics, and event materials that stop people in their tracks. Collaborate closely with other creatives to translate ideas into inspiring visuals while maintaining both consistency and creative excellence across every channel.
Bring Framna’s brand to life in motion — designing animated visuals for campaigns, social media, and events. Create reusable templates, support video production with animated elements, and help grow our motion design guidelines for a cohesive, dynamic look.
Design and evolve Framna’s website and digital experiences. From crafting new landing pages and modules in HubSpot to improving UX and accessibility, ensure every touchpoint looks and performs beautifully. Collaborate with our developer for pixel-perfect implementation and stay current with design trends and best practices.
Proven experience in marketing, web, and motion design, ideally in a B2B or tech environment, with the ability to lead creative direction and craft standout campaign concepts that elevate the brand.
A portfolio demonstrating mastery in Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in multidisciplinary teams.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Fluent in design operations: file structure, exports, templates, and workflow consistency.
A natural sense for brand evolution — respecting guidelines while knowing when to push them.
A forward-thinking mindset: curious about new tools and comfortable using AI to enhance ideas, efficiency, and creative quality.

Experience creating digital product mockups or animated app demos.
Retouching skills and a strong eye for photography quality.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (HubSpot a plus).
Knowledge of automation tools or templates that streamline asset production.
This is a full-time, hybrid role. Your home base can be Copenhagen or any of our European studios. We believe great work happens where collaboration and focus meet.
You will have the flexibility to split your time between the office and remote work, depending on projects and team needs. We work in English, and strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
