Student Assistant - Graphic Design (Copenhagen)

About the Role & Team

We are looking for a Graphic Design Student Assistant to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the creation and production of visual marketing assets, helping us maintain and scale a consistent brand across campaigns, markets, and channels.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Creative Designer and collaborate with the broader marketing and field teams across Europe. The team values curiosity, attention to detail, and collaboration, and you’ll gain hands-on experience working with a modern B2B SaaS brand.

What you will do

• Create and adapt visual marketing assets using templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Localize and update graphics, product visuals, and campaign assets for different markets

• Maintain and update existing materials such as whitepapers, presentations, SoMe creatives, ads, and event materials

• Support the marketing team with asset production for campaigns and field teams

• Organize and maintain design libraries, templates, and visual assets

What you bring

• Currently studying graphic design, digital design, visual communication, or similar

• Experience with Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• A good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency

• Ability to work structured with templates and follow design systems

• Curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of smaller tasks

Practicalities

• Salary: 150 DKK an hour for Bachelor students and 170 DKK an hour for Master students

• Working hours: 10-15 hours a week with flexibility during exam periods

• Office location: Skelbækgade 2, Copenhagen
