People Partner - Operations & HQ Functions (Maternity Cover)

Are you passionate about making a difference for people and the business they help build? Do you feel energized by topics like organizational design, employee engagement, and business partnering? If so, we’d love to get to know you! We're looking for a People Partner to step in while our wonderful colleague is on leave. In this role, you’ll support leaders in our Operations department, which includes our production and warehousing sites in Denmark and Sweden. Additionally, you’ll work with one of our HQ functions (we’re still deciding which one!). Your base will be in Denmark, but you’ll collaborate across borders with our teams in Sweden, Norway, and Poland.
