Senior Product Specialist, Plant Utilities for Pyro & Grinding
Build a better world
Urbanization and continuous global economic growth create a steady need for homes, office buildings, roads and ports. This is driving the demand for cement despite its energy intensive process that accounts for 7% of global CO2 emissions. For more than 140 years, we have been pioneering solutions for the Cement industry by providing it with technologies, products and services that save energy, reduce emissions and maximize productivity. When we look at the world, we don’t see it as it is, we see it as it could be. We bring efficient production to our clients and decarbonization to the entire industry. This is why our Cement strategy is called GREEN26.
About the role
Are you a technically strong mechanical engineer with a passion for designing high‑quality utility systems that support safe, stable, and efficient cement‑plant operations? As a Senior Product Specialist, Plant Utilities, you will play a key role in the design, specification, and optimization of utility systems—including ducts, chutes, bins, stacks, dedusting pipes, and mechanical components used across clinker‑production processes. You will contribute both technically and strategically, supporting ongoing product development, providing global technical assistance, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables for projects worldwide.
About the department
You will be part of the global Plant Engineering department. As a part of Pyro & Grinding, we provide sustainable technologies for both new and existing cement installations. Our objective is to deliver robust utility‑system designs that meet process needs, operational reliability, and Fuller engineering standards. We are committed to delivering true value to our customers' assets while aligning with the industry's sustainability goals.
You will be part of global team while affiliated to our office in Chennai (India).
