About the role
Reporting to the Head of Group Controlling, you will join a global finance team responsible for project and group-level financial reporting. As Project Controller at Fuller Technologies, you will oversee the monthly controlling of key international projects, ensuring budget accuracy, financial transparency, and driving process improvements. You will serve as a key partner to Project Managers and cross-functional teams, analyzing project performance, tracking deviations, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Your responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
Analyze budget deviations in revenue, contribution margin, and net working capital, providing actionable insights to Project Managers and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly project financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with US and local GAAP requirements.
Drive and implement process optimization initiatives to improve transparency, efficiency, and financial controls across projects.
Act as a liaison between project teams, Group Finance, and shared service centers in Denmark, India, and the US.
Support internal and external audits related to project finances and help address audit findings.
What you bring
A relevant Master’s degree, HD(R), or equivalent international accounting/finance qualification.
1–3 years of experience in Project Controlling or similar financial roles within international companies.
Hands-on analytical experience with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Solid knowledge of Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Epicor, Hyperion, or Power BI is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple projects running simultaneously.
Interest in process improvement and practical experience implementing financial process changes.
