About the role

This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of our cooler products, making sure they deliver clear customer value and business results. It exists to align market requirements, product strategy, and execution across teams with a focus not only on the product itself, but also it’s aftermarket potential and serviceability.

About the department

The Product Management team within the Pyro & Grinding Product Line manages the lifecycle of our core process equipment, including coolers. This role works closely alongside peers responsible for pyro products and grinding products to ensure a coherent and competitive portfolio.

Your  Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for cooler products, aligning with company strategy and market demands.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain) through the product development process.
    Manage product specifications, features, and pricing strategies including aftermarket to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
  • Oversee product launches, including go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, serviceability and marketing collateral development.
  • Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
    Manage product lifecycle phases, including introductions, growth, maturity, and end-of-life planning.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements for cooler products.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for cooler products, providing technical support and training as needed

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role, with a focus on hardware or cooling solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the cement industry.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
  • Experience with PLM software and methodologies is a plus.
