The Role

We are looking for an Installed Base & Pricing  Manager to play a key role in strengthening our aftermarket and pricing capabilities.

This position sits at the intersection of installed base data, pricing strategy, and commercial execution. You will act as the global anchor point for pricing logic and implementation, while also driving initiatives that improve the quality, structure, and usability of installed base data to support sales processes worldwide.

The role combines strategic development with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with product lifecycle managers, sales, and leadership across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Global Pricing

• Develop and anchor a global pricing logic and framework in alignment with internal executives
• Lead the transition from locally driven pricing to a centralized, globally governed pricing approach
• Implement pricing frameworks and analyze pricing performance, effectiveness, and development
• Act as the single source of truth for pricing logic, reporting, and success measurement

Installed Base Data

• Drive global installed base data quality initiatives to support increased aftermarket focus
• Lead installed base data projects from planning through execution and integration into daily processes
• Gather and translate business requirements for installed base data to support sales and commercial decision-making
• Ensure strong collaboration between installed base data initiatives and product lifecycle management

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of experience within Pricing, Data Analysis, Reporting, or related commercial functions
• Experience working in a matrix organization, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Some experience managing internal projects with proven implementation results, preferably in an international environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
• Structured, analytical, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of ownership
• Driven by continuous improvement, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn and share knowledge
