We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and revenue for our capital products across all markets, based out of our office in Herlev.
Capital is already a core part of our business, and your job will be simple (but not easy): Get more merchants to take and use our financing products.
You will not own pricing or product development, instead you will focus on distribution, conversion, and sales execution.
What you'll do
Adaption and revenue
- Increase offer acceptance rate
- Drive revenue per merchant
- Improve repeat usage of capital products
Distribution and targeting- Define who gets offers and when
- Use merchant data to improve timing and conversions
- Identify high-converting segments
Sales enablement- Equip sales teams with:
- clear messaging
- objection handling
- simple ways to explain capital
- Work closely with sales to improve attach rate
Funnel optimisation - Analyse the full funnel:
- eligibility → offer → acceptance → repeat
- Identify drop-offs and fix them
Who you are
Must-haves:
- 2-5 years experience in growth/commercial/product marketing/revenue roles
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, and data
- Comfortable working hands-on with metrics and experiments
Strong pluses:
- Experience in fintech, payments, or lending
- Experience with SMB customers
- Experience with upsell/cross-sell flows
