Are you passionate about design and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our teams in two locations: the Georg Jensen Flagship Store and the Royal Copenhagen store in Illum. As a brand ambassador, you will represent two of Denmark’s most iconic design houses, known for their craftsmanship, heritage, and timeless products. You will play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences and ensuring our customers experience the very best of our brands.
Position: Sales Associate
Location: Amagertorv 4, 1160 København K and Østergade 52, 1100 København K.
Working hours: The positions are both 8-15 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers warmly and professionally, providing personalized assistance and expert product knowledge.
Showcase the artistry and craftsmanship of our brands collections, educating customers about the unique designs and rich heritage.
Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring product displays are well-presented and enticing.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, going above and beyond to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.
Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
Use storytelling to engage customers, ignite their imagination, and drive sales.
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a design-focused environment.
Genuine enthusiasm for high-quality design and a keen appreciation of the brands craftsmanship and heritage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain an inviting store environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
