Join us as our Director of HR, Supply Chain, where you'll be the strategic architect of people success across our worldwide supply chain operations. Working together with our COO, VP of Supply Chain and our VP of Sourcing. Reporting to our CHRO, this hybrid role will be based at our new office in Flintholm, Frederiksberg, Denmark.

Vita, a part of Fiskars Group, is the home of iconic brands like Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, Wedgwood, IITTALA, Moomin Arabia, and Waterford.

Strategic Partnership & Business Impact

  • Partner directly with the COO, VP of Supply Chain and VP of Sourcing to align people strategies with ambitious business objectives, becoming their trusted advisor for all talent-related initiatives

  • Drive organizational transformation by designing and implementing HR strategies that amplify supply chain performance and operational excellence

  • Lead breakthrough initiatives that position our supply chain workforce as a competitive advantage in the global marketplace

Engagement & Performance Excellence

  • Ignite passion and purpose across our global supply chain teams by creating compelling employee experiences that drive exceptional performance

  • Architect talent management frameworks that identify, develop, and retain high performing professionals who thrive in our dynamic supply chain environment

Global Leadership & Influence

  • Lead and inspire a team of HR Factory managers across multiple continents, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing

WHAT YOU BRING TO DRIVE SUCCESS

Leadership Excellence

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with demonstrated success in complex, global organizations in Manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environment.

  • Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive business results through people strategies

  •  Experience leading geographically dispersed teams with the ability to inspire and unite diverse cultures

Strategic Mindset

  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations and the unique people challenges within this dynamic environment

  • Ability to translate business strategy into compelling people initiatives that drive measurable results

  • Experience in organizational transformation and change

Global Perspective

  • Expertise in managing HR operations across multiple countries and cultures

  • Understanding of international employment laws and practices

  • Ability to create consistent experiences while respecting local differences

  • You hold ethics high and know how to act in challenging environments - doing what is right even when it's tough

  • You are an excellent leader, and people wants to be in your team
