Seeking a visionary Film Director & Showrunner to spearhead the creation of a high-end short-drama series using AI technology. The ideal candidate will blend traditional filmmaking skills with innovative AI-assisted production techniques, overseeing projects from concept to final cut.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Film Director or Showrunner with a strong portfolio showcasing film language mastery.
• Expert understanding of film theory, pacing, and emotional storytelling through visuals.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway) and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid.
• High-level skills in After Effects or similar for post-production tasks.
• Adaptability to creatively navigate AI technology limitations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the narrative strategy and maintain a cohesive aesthetic across the series.
• Apply expertise in lighting, composition, and performance to AI-generated outputs.
• Utilize AI tools for storyboarding, shot lists, and aligning creative vision.
• Oversee the final director's cut, including hands-on generation and refinement.
• Manage the cleanup of AI artifacts to ensure visual consistency.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and intellectual property standards.

Skills

• Strong English language skills for script reading and collaboration in remote teams.
• Experience with AI audio/music tools is a plus.
• A proactive approach to testing new tools and technologies.

Education

• Portfolio required, including personal creative projects using AI tools and a 1–5 minute AI video or experimental film.
