Global Safety comprises over 70 international employees dedicated to the surveillance of Ferring’s medicinal products and devices. Within the Safety Surveillance team, you will work alongside Safety Advisors, Safety Physicians, Medical Writers, and Safety Officers in a collaborative environment guided by Ferring’s Performance Drivers: ACE – Accountability, Collaboration, and Entrepreneurship. This team consistent of 16 highly motivated and dedicated colleagues. The team refers to Director, Monitoring and Analysis, Global Safety. 
 
Your day at Ferring- Tasks where you are accountable  
In this role, you will focus on post-marketing safety surveillance and life cycle management for Ferring’s medicinal products. 

You will have the opportunity to: 

• Ensure robust post-marketing pharmacovigilance by monitoring safety data and compliance across marketed products. 

• Analyze and interpret post-marketing safety data to identify and evaluate potential safety signals. 

• Contribute to life cycle management activities, ensuring safety considerations are integrated into product updates and regulatory submissions. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory affairs, affiliates, and external partners to maintain high standards of safety and compliance. 

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for processes related to safety surveillance, compliance monitoring, and procedural documentation. 

• Participate in continuous improvement projects to strengthen compliance frameworks and pharmacovigilance processes. 

• Assist the Line Manager in maintaining an overview of KPIs for the portfolio you will be working on. 

• Oversee compliance and procedural adherence, including maintaining a clear overview of consultants performing medical assessments. 

Behind our entrepreneurship … there´s your skills 

To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: 

• More than 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance preferably with a focus on post-marketing activities. 

• A scientific or medical degree (e.g., M.Sc. Pharm., M.Sc. Human Biology, or M.D.)  

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, PV regulations, and procedural governance. 

• Ability to maintain oversight of activities for many products and tasks and ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards. 

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English 

• Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
