Are you excited about shaping how people learn and adopt AI? Do you have a creative flair for crafting content and the confidence to lead workshops and communications that drive real behavior change? If so, this role may be the right fit for you!
We are currently looking for a motivated and creative Student Assistant to join our Digital Enablement team in Data, Insights & AI, working with AI adoption and change communication at Falck. You will join a small, international, and energetic team dedicated to making AI a natural part of our work life, and you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
Therefore, this role is perfect for you if you are a student who is passionate about communication and storytelling, creative, confident with public speaking and facilitation, and eager to get hands-on experience driving digital transformation.
You will work around 15-20 hours per week in our office in Sydhavnen, supporting internal initiatives that promote AI adoption across Falck and managing communication activities for the Data, Insights & AI department. Your tasks will include creating engaging content (written and visual), leading workshops and training sessions, and helping translate AI concepts into behavior change across our organization.
As a Student Assistant, you'll be:
- Leading and facilitating training sessions, webinars and workshops across the organization, helping teams understand and adopt AI tools and other solutions
- Supporting communication and change management through emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and creative adoption campaigns
- Crafting engaging adoption content for complex initiatives and technologies. This may include educational guides, videos, micro-learning materials, and more
- Partnering with technical teams and product owners to understand new AI features, translate them into user value, and package them into training and communications
- Tracking adoption metrics and user feedback, turning insights into concrete improvements for enablement programs
- Helping build a strong internal "AI literacy" culture by promoting safe, responsible, and practical ways of working with generative AI
- Handling ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Who you are
We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work and your energy is what impacts the results we achieve as a team. As a person, you are:
- Confident with public speaking and leading a room, able to present to diverse audiences and facilitate engaging sessions
- Strong at storytelling and communications, with a collaborative mindset
- Creative and eager to explore new ideas, turning concepts into tangible actions quickly
- Self-driven and able to manage tasks independently without constant direction
- Genuinely interested in AI adoption, change management, and organizational transformation
Practicalities
Required:
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or in your first year of master's program (technology & communication, business psychology, digital business, IT management, or related)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Danish is a plus, not required)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Available to work in-office closer to 20 hours a week (flexible around study commitments)
- Start: As soon as possible / by agreement
Nice to have (we encourage you to apply regardless!) - Comfort with technical terms and tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Platform, html)
- Experience with communications and tools like Canva
- Experience with workshop design, facilitation, internal communications, or change management
