We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to join our Finance Processes and Technology Enablement team and lead our Nordic Procure-to-Pay (PtP) team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in transformation and technology, including AI, to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our clients' financial operations. 

You will work closely with our data, AI and technology team as well as senior leaders to bring innovative solutions to our clients.

Together, we'll empower our clients in Digital Finance, Corporate Transformation, and Global Business Services. Let's embark on this exciting journey!

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive engagements within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) area, including the design, analysis, transformation, and optimization of business processes – technical and functional - that contribute to the success of our clients.
• Provide support through procurement and accounting expertise in terms of processes, technology, and best practices.
• Drive development and execution of our P2P offering across the Nordics through collaboration with other team members, EY practices, and external technology providers.
• Engage in Global knowledge-sharing and learning opportunities within the team to enhance internal capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and collaborating to deliver tailored solutions.
• Motivate and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, providing strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or technology enablement, with a proven track record in leading complex projects. Proven track record with source to pay projects or procure to pay projects with specific experience in technology enablement. 
• Business development skills: Knowledge of account management, business development and the consulting sales cycle  
• Project management skills: Proven ability in managing multiple engagements and stakeholders, surpassing client expectations, handling budgets, and effectively mitigating risks 
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple engagements while exceeding client expectations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
