Experience Designer

Job summary

As an Experience Designer, you will play a key role in creating engaging, story-driven experiences that enhance guest interactions at a physical location. You will work collaboratively from ideation to implementation, transforming concepts into tangible experiences that incorporate hands-on play and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering immersive or interactive experiences.
• Strong concept development skills to create physical environments and experiences.
• Proficiency in sketching, prototyping, and testing ideas.
• Understanding of storytelling in creating memorable guest experiences.
• Interest in spatial design and knowledge of how layouts influence guest behavior.
• Ability to communicate ideas visually through sketches, floorplans, and 3D models.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools; experience with SketchUp is a plus.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and supporting collaborative creativity.
• Ability to balance creativity with practical considerations like accessibility and safety.
