Job Description

Mission Overview : 

As part of an onsite support reinforcement, we are looking for an IT Onsite Support Engineer (1st/2nd level) to provide daily end-user assistance on site.

Main Responsibilities : 

  • Provide support to end-users on workstations and mobile devices
  • Installation, replacement, relocation, and removal of IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents
  • Support for monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
  • Receive, inventory, prepare, and install IT equipment
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to users and ensure proper ticket updates

Expected Profile :

  • Minimum 3 years of onsite IT support experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Organized, professional, hands-on approach
  • Candidate already trained / able to onboard quickly

Required Languages :

  • Fluent English & Danish (mandatory)

Qualifications

Technical Skills Required

  • Onsite IT support (1st / 2nd level)
  • Windows environment / Office 365
  • Azure & Entra ID
  • Apple ecosystem support: Mac, iPhone, iPad
  • iTunes
  • JAMF (strong asset)
  • Hardware support: PCs, Macs, printers, scanners…
  • Ticketing tools (ITIL)

Additional Information

Working Conditions : 

  • Working hours: 09:30 – 18:00
  • 1-hour lunch break (no support required during lunch)
  • Fully onsite presence required
  • Workload: Full time (4 or 5 days/week)
