Your key responsibilities will cover system maintenance. Here you will oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the ECM system. You will handle change requests from users, ensuring timely updates, tests and proper documentation. Further tasks include managing requests across different service levels (1, 2, and 3), with support from our external partner, and responding to and resolving incidents, maintaining and updating incident management documentation.
