Join Our Team as a Car Preparation Agent (Fixed-Term Position until 30 September)
Help keep our fleet ready for the road

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cars? We are currently looking for a Car Preparation Agent on a fixed-term contract until 30 September to ensure our vehicles are consistently prepared to the highest standard and ready for our customers.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining fleet quality by preparing, inspecting, and handling vehicles as part of our daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for rental, including cleaning, refuelling/charging, and final quality checks

• Inspect vehicles for fluid levels, tyre pressure, and general condition

• Manage vehicles flagged for grounding, turn-back, or preventative maintenance and ensure correct placement

• Support daily operations with additional tasks as required, particularly during quieter periods

• Ability to safely operate a wide range of vehicles

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
