About The Role 

In this role, you will build and drive the Nordic marketing strategy for Clinique. As Consumer Marketing Manager, you will be the key player ensuring all stakeholders are aligned behind the strategy and that plans are executed with excellence.

You will be reporting directly to the Nordic Brand Director for Clinique, Dr. Jart+ and DECIEM, and working closely with the marketing team, our Key Account Managers as well as our operational teams.

Your Key Responsibilities 

  • Localize Clinique’s global marketing strategy and storytelling to maximize Nordic relevance while protecting our premium equity
  • Own and deliver Clinique’s 360° marketing plans in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, visual merchandizing and Online teams
  • Foster a creative mindset across the business to deliver memorable consumer experiences.
  • Ensure strong brand governance across assets and channels (tone of voice, visual identity, and product/claims consistency)
  • Define target consumer profiles, map the consumer journey, and sharpen key messages
  • Lead Paid, Owned, and Earned activities - setting clear objectives, guidelines, and ways of working
  • Turn local consumer insights into marketing and commercial opportunities
  • Own and optimize the Advertising & Promotion budget
  • Drive Advertising & Promotion ROI analysis and a test-and-learn agenda to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Own the new product launch and promotional calendar across channels
  • Partner with Retail and Visual Merchandising to elevate and continuously improve the in-store consumer experience
  • Serve as the key contact for Regional Consumer Marketing teams and deliver timely reporting

Your Qualifications 

To succeed in this role, you have a relevant Master’s-level degree, 5+ years of experience, and 3+ years of experience in a comparable role within an international marketing organization.

  • Excellent communication skills, you enjoy building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders - both external and internal
  • A structured, hands-on working style with strong attention to detail
  • You have a forward-thinking approach to technology, with experience (or a strong interest) in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and solid business acumen
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to turn insights into impactful marketing initiatives; experience leading marketing activities in larger organizations is an advantage
  • A creative mindset and a passion for digital innovation
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
  • Fluency in English is required, and fluency in one of the Nordic languages is an advantage.
