ERGO Forsikring is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Student Assistant to join our Purple & Regulatory IT team.
Background
ERGO Nordics is currently transitioning its IT development and delivery setup to ERGO Technology & Services (ET&S) to improve alignment within Munich Re Group and strengthen efficiency, operational maturity, and regulatory compliance.
As part of this transformation, we are standardizing tools and processes, reducing vendor complexity, and building a future‑ready IT foundation — and you will play a role in supporting this transition.
Your Tasks
In this role, you will support the Purple & Regulatory IT team across a variety of operational and project‑related tasks, including:
· Administrative support for ongoing projects and daily operations
· Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders – especially AMS
· Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations
· Supporting communication and updates within the Product Management organization
· Working with data to ensure accuracy and high quality
· Contributing to process improvements and assisting the team where needed
· Supporting documentation and communication related to the transition to ET&S
· Contributing to standardization of tools and processes across the organization
About You
We imagine that you are currently studying a program such as Managing Organizational Change and Development or a similar field. Maybe from CBS.
You are likely to thrive in this role if you are:
· Detail‑oriented and structured
· Administrative and process‑minded
· Comfortable communicating with stakeholders in English
· Proactive, self‑driven, and able to take ownership
· Curious, energetic, and eager to take on new challenges
· Interested in organizational and technological transformation
