ERGO is seeking for a Student Assistant – Finance & IT Integration

Are you a tech-savvy student with a passion for finance and digital transformation? Join our team as a Student Assistant and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, data, and technology.

About the Role

As a Student Assistant, you’ll support our Finance team in optimizing IT-enabled financial processes. You’ll work on real-world projects that enhance our financial systems, improve data analysis, and streamline digital workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial analysis of IT actual costs
• Support implementation, testing, and optimization of financial IT systems (e.g., ERP, budgeting, reporting tools)
• Collect, analyze, and report financial data for ongoing projects
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify automation opportunities
• Maintain documentation of IT finance processes and data workflows
• Assist with financial reconciliations using digital tools
  

What we are looking for

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Interest in finance-tech integration and digital tools
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SQL, or BI tools is an advantage
• Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus
