We’re rebuilding and modernizing our SaaS platform — and we need a sharp, experienced UX/UI consultant to take ownership of the user experience and raise the bar across the board.
This is not a maintenance role. This is about redefining how the platform works, feels, and scales.
You’ll be working across a multi-surface ecosystem that includes:
Mobile applications (iOS & Android)
Web applications
Customer portals (B2B & B2C)
The goal is clear: create a modern, cohesive, scalable design foundation that supports continued growth and delivers a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Rethink and optimize core user flows
Elevate the visual experience and interaction patterns
Create consistency across products and platforms
Establish or refine a scalable design system
Define UX direction for the next generation of the platform
Collaborate closely with developers in a structured setup
You will be expected to work independently, challenge assumptions, and drive UX decisions forward.
We’re looking for a consultant who brings both experience and authority:
Minimum 5 years of proven UX/UI design experience
Strong portfolio of mobile apps, web applications, and customer portals
Deep expertise in Figma (design systems, components, prototyping, auto-layout)
Hands-on experience building or consolidating design systems
Proven track record within SaaS or platform-based products
Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility
Experience collaborating closely with development teams
You’re structured, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of the UX direction.
