Corporate communication specialist for LinkedIn - based in Copenhagen

Are you passionate about storytelling and excited to shape a brand’s voice on LinkedIn? We are looking for a talented Corporate Communications Specialist to elevate Imagine5’s presence on the platform, crafting compelling content and building meaningful engagement with our growing community.

If you are passionate about culture, sustainability and the climate space, skilled in translating ideas into impactful narratives, and motivated by building thought leadership and connection through content, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

About us
Imagine5 is a non-profit print and online magazine on a mission to inspire greener living. As one of the world’s leading environmental storytelling platforms, our stories reach over 30 million people each year, and we foster an engaged community of more than 700,000 across our social media channels. Through optimistic storytelling at the intersection of culture and climate, we aim to create impact on a global scale. In fact, two-third of our community tells us that we have inspired them to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Our international team is driven by a shared commitment to this mission. With 18 members based across Amsterdam, Copenhagen, New York, and San Francisco, we work within an informal, entrepreneurial culture. We’re here to turn sustainable living from a chore into a lifestyle you desire. We embrace a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve our work and maximize our impact on people and the planet.

  • Craft compelling posts and thought leadership content that reflect Imagine5’s mission, voice and impact.
  • Write, edit, and refine LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought leadership content
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and management team to shape narrative and strengthen their individual thought leadership, understand their expertise, priorities, and voice.
  • Monitor engagement and continuously optimise content to maximise reach, visibility, and impact, based on analytics and platform best practices.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate writing, social media content, or executive ghostwriting.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with a strong sense of tone and audience.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and best practices.
  • Ability to ideate and write independently about a brand and organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with executives and team members to uncover and craft engaging stories for LinkedIn.

Nice to have

  • Experience in corporate communications, copywriting, PR, or thought leadership campaigns.
  • Background in organizations working in the impact, sustainability, or nonprofit sectors (e.g., NGOs).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of the magazine and media publishing industry.

What We Offer

  • A flexible, part-time role (approximately 3 days per week) in a meaningful, mission-driven international non-profit organisation.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial  environment where your ideas and creativity  are valued
  • An international team with colleagues across Copenhagen,, Amsterdam, New York, and San Francisco.
  • An annual volunteering day, where we support a local organisation through hands-on engagement, alongside providing a financial grant.
