LCA & Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a structured and analytically strong LCA & Sustainability Specialist to support the development, implementation, and use of our LCA/PCF setup. The ideal candidate will help build and improve our product sustainability data foundation, support our LCA/PCF tool development, and contribute to the broader sustainability agenda across Eltronic Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our LCA/PCF tool
• Build, structure, and document data foundations for LCA and PCF calculations
• Collect, structure, and quality-assure data related to materials, components, processes, and suppliers
• Support the calculation and documentation of product carbon footprints and other relevant environmental impact categories
• Ensure transparency, consistency, and traceability in calculations, assumptions, and data sources
• Apply and work within relevant standards, including ISO 14040, ISO 14044, and ISO 14067
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, production, quality, and other relevant functions on product sustainability data and analyses
• Support the ESG team with analyses, reporting input, and other sustainability-related tasks, and over time contribute to broader ESG initiatives and strategic priorities

Qualifications:

• Experience with LCA, PCF, or related product sustainability work
• Understanding of LCA methods, data quality, documentation, and calculation principles
• Knowledge of relevant standards and principles within LCA
• Experience working with Excel and preferably other data tools such as Power BI or similar
• Experience with LCA databases or LCA software is an advantage
• Understanding materials, components, BOM structures, and supplier data is an advantage
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analyses into practical business use

This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) reporting directly to the Head of Group ESG at Eltronic Group. Your primary workplace will be our headquarters in Hedensted.
