Facilities Student Assistant

Ready to kick‑start your career while you study? Ecolab is looking for a Facilities Student Assistant to keep our Copenhagen office running smoothly and buzzing with good energy. What will you do:

• Support daily office operations in Copenhagen office
• Coordinate contractors, safety checks, and maintenance
• Keep the office tidy, stocked, and welcoming for colleagues and visitors
• Provide admin support to the Country Manager and Nordic Leadership Team
• Process invoices, update databases, and help streamline processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Excellent written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communicator with a service‑minded attitude
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling different tasks
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Confident using digital tools and office software
