Manager, Enterprise Architecture & Master Data Management - Copenhagen

As our new Manager, Enterprise Architecture (EA) & Master Data Management (MDM), you will drive the transformation of ECCO’s complex global technology setup into a more scalable, simplified and cost-effective environment using standard platforms. Your work will play a central part in fulfilling our Foot Forward strategy and strengthening the digital backbone of our value chain, from raw materials to retail.

Lead enterprise architecture and master data with impact
You will join Tech Strategy Enablement within our Digital & IT division, leading a growing team spread across Denmark, Portugal and Indonesia. Working closely with colleagues across business and technology domains, you will set direction, create clarity and strengthen ECCO’s architectural disciplines. In this role, you will work with high visibility across the organization, balancing strategic decision-making with hands-on execution to ensure continued progress.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the global EA and MDM team, strengthening standards and ways of working.
• Driving simplification initiatives to reduce complexity and cost across ECCO’s IT landscape.
• Building target architectures and roadmaps in alignment with business priorities and ECCO’s Foot Forward strategy.
• Ensuring high execution pace and transparency in EA and MDM deliverables.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to stakeholders by providing timely architectural guidance and governance.

You bring your strategic and people-focused expertise

We imagine you bring:

• Several years of leadership experience within international enterprise architecture functions.
• Solid background in EA, including business, technology and data architecture, and proven experience with IT landscape transformations.
• Experience with master data strategy and governance, including ownership models and standards.
• Ability to build roadmaps, set architectural principles and guide complex decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to translate complex topics into clear direction for both technical and non-technical audiences.
