Do you want to shape high-quality management insights that help guide strategic decisions at the very top of ECCO?

In this role, you will help deliver clear and reliable reporting that supports ECCO’s top senior leadership and strengthens data-driven decision-making across our global organisation. For the first six months, you will work closely with your team lead to learn processes and reporting frameworks; after this, you will be driving tasks independently with limited involvement from your team lead.

Strengthen core reporting that supports ECCO’s strategic decisions
You will join our Planning & Reporting team within Corporate Finance in Bredebro, where we develop and distribute management information to senior stakeholders. Your work ensures transparency, accuracy and timely insights that help steer ECCO’s performance. You will collaborate with colleagues across the finance organisation, taking ownership of recurring reporting cycles as well as ad hoc requests.

Much of your work is closely connected to ECCO’s executive level. Many deliverables go directly to the executive board, and you should therefore be comfortable navigating busy periods and staying flexible when new priorities arise.

Your main tasks include:

  • Preparing and distributing monthly, quarterly and annual management reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Analysing trends and performance drivers, delivering clear and concise insights.
  • Coordinating and delivering reporting to executive forums such as the Managing Board and Board of Directors.
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of inputs for budget processes and the finance calendar.
  • Handling ad hoc requests with a service-minded and solution-oriented approach.

You bring an analytical mindset and a collaborative approach
We imagine that you bring strong analytical skills and enjoy turning complex data into accessible insights. To succeed in this role, you work with precision, communicate clearly and thrive in an environment where multiple stakeholders rely on your contributions.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience from management reporting, business controlling, FP&A or similar.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured way.
  • Strong communication skills that help translate financial information into clear messaging.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 and Power BI.

Join a focused and supportive finance team
You will be a key member of the Management Reporting team. The atmosphere is collaborative, ambitious and friendly, and we take pride in delivering high-quality work while supporting each other. You will work closely with colleagues who are passionate about continuous improvement and committed to strengthening ECCO’s global reporting processes.
