ERP Project Manager - ECCO HQ, Bredebro

As ERP Project Manager at ECCO, you will drive strategic ERP projects and major enhancements from idea to handover. You act as the link between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that projects move forward with clarity, transparency and momentum. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration and making progress visible in a global organisation.

You drive ERP projects end to end
You will be part of Digital & IT and work closely with business owners, ERP specialists, external partners and senior stakeholders. You take full responsibility for ERP projects across modules and geographies, choosing the right project approach depending on scope and context. Some initiatives call for a classic waterfall setup, others for agile or hybrid ways of working.
Your role is to create structure, align expectations and keep focus on what matters, while enabling your project teams to perform at their best.

In practice, you will:

• Lead ERP projects from scoping and planning through delivery, go-live and handover to operations.
• Plan and steer scope, budget, timeline and risks, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status, health and recommendations to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business owners and external consultants to secure solutions that support business goals.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks, and take action to keep projects moving forward.

You combine project discipline with strong stakeholder skills
We are looking for someone who brings structure and calm into complex project environments, while building trust and strong relationships along the way. You do not need to tick every box to apply, but you are likely to recognise yourself in several of the points below. 

Ideally, you have:

• Experience managing ERP projects or major ERP enhancements from start to handover.
• A background as a project manager or a strong ERP profile ready to step fully into a project management role.
• Hands-on experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• The ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
