Commercial Product Manager - ECCO HQ, Tønder

Reporting to the Category Director, you’ll become part of our Global Category Management team in Tønder, a diverse group of 22 colleagues working across Women’s, Men’s, Kids, Value Line, Outdoor and Leather Goods categories. We’re in the midst of exciting strategic and process changes, so agility and resilience are key. Our atmosphere is fast-paced yet supportive, and we value curiosity, innovation and craftsmanship.

Drive commercial success through strategic product positioning
In this role, you’ll be the commercial authority within your category, ensuring ECCO’s product lines deliver strong results.

You will:

• Define product family roles across price tiers and channels, and build pricing ladders and margin structures.
• Lead seasonal go-to-market strategies and create compelling sell-in storytelling.
• Partner with Sales Regions and Marketing to ensure launch readiness and commercial success.
• Analyse market, consumer and competitor trends to guide assortment decisions.
• Track category performance and drive corrective actions when needed.

Your work will directly influence ECCO’s ability to stay competitive, profitable and aligned with our brand values.

You are commercially driven with a strong performance mindset
You bring clarity to complexity, turning insights into clear commercial direction while building trusted partnerships across Sales, Marketing and Category teams.

Furthermore, we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or similar.
• 5–10 years’ experience in category management, commercial strategy or go-to-market roles within footwear, apparel or consumer goods.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in pricing and margin management.
• Solid understanding of sell-in processes and channel dynamics.
• Confident user of PLM systems and performance dashboards.
